Prior to joining PRS, Ken served as Executive Vice President at Secure Education Consultants, where he led high-impact initiatives focused on institutional safety, operational readiness, and executive-level risk mitigation. His ability to bridge tactical expertise with strategic foresight positioned him as a trusted leader in the security industry. Ken began his career in the U.S. Army. Following his service, he transitioned to law enforcement, where he quickly rose through the ranks—from Patrol Officer to Tactical Narcotics Officer, SWAT team member, and Special Investigator—demonstrating both operational effectiveness and a deep commitment to public safety. Throughout his career, Ken has built a reputation as a decisive leader who excels at building strong teams, optimizing operational processes, and driving results across complex environments.
